Double room for rent in Apsley

Hey,

I have a good sized double room to rent in Apsley. It can come furnished or unfurnished. It also has pretty much it's own bathroom attached apart from if people come over, then it would need to be shared.

I am a pretty laid back person. I am a newly qualified teacher and work can get stressful at times, so I am looking to come home to someone I can chat/ drink with some evenings. I am happy for people to come round whenever, quite chilled with that. I have 2 kittens who are very friendly and sociable.
I love watching rugby (I am a Welsh fan) so someone with banter would be good!

Ultimately I'd like to meet new people and have a new friend to live with. Someone up for a laugh and who is fun to be around, but also likes there own space because I will be lesson planning too. Also someone who is clean and is happy to clear up after themselves (I'm sure most people would though)!

The room is currently unfurnished but I will be making some trips soon to make sure it is all furnished before anyone moves in.
