Medium sized double room with own bathroom

Hi there! I´m looking for a professional male/female to take the second room in my 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom flat in Apsley Lock.

The flat is on the ground floor overlooking the water and the lovely barges moored up on the lock. It´s just off the Grand Union canal which is perfect for long walks or cycle rides.

Apsley train station is about 3-4 minute walk away, with trains going to Watford and London Euston (but don´t worry - you can´t hear the trains from the flat!).

The room is a medium sized double room, and has a double bed, bedside table and spacious fitted wardrobe. You will also have access to your own bathroom - although it´s not an ensuite.

The room comes with a parking permit and parking is available at the front of the flat.

The whole flat has recently been re-decorated and has new furniture.

A bit about me - I´m a professional female who works Monday to Friday normally around 9am to 5. 30pm. I´m very young at heart and love to socialise, meet new people and travel. I´ve lived overseas for many years and have lived in shared houses for many years too.

I´m looking for a friendly, respectful and tidy flatmate to share my home with!
