Double Room in Lovely Flat with One Other Occupant

Cosy, 2-story flat in the middle of Baldock, Hertfordshire with spacious, open-plan downstairs and two bedrooms. The flat also has both an upstairs and downstairs bathroom, with a bath, and shared patio out the back. Downstairs is fully furnished and the bedroom comes with lots of built in storage space. You would just need a bed. There is lots of parking on the street. All bills and amenities, including TV and broadband, are set up and would be split between us. The kitchen has oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, toaster and kettle.

Baldock is a nice town with restaurants, pubs and lots of supermarkets. It has a train station with a direct line to Hitchin, Cambridge, London and Brighton. It is a 10 minute drive to Stevenage, 15 minutes to Hitchin and 25 minutes to Hertford.

My current flatmate has changed jobs and is sadly moving out, to be closer to her workplace. I feel incredibly lucky to have found such a nice flat and want to stay and our landlady is happy to welcome a new occupant.

I am just looking for somebody reliable who keeps the shared space tidy and that hopefully we can have a bit of a laugh too. The flat is a lovely place to live and I’d like to keep up the good vibes!
