We have a huge Georgian house in Baldock, which is much more sociable than being couped up in a 1 bed place on your own (it's also a lot cheaper, because bills are all included)

£695 per room. will cover the cost of everything (except food)...sky/ broadband/ washing machine/ gas/ electricity/ council tax/ parking/ communal cleaning.

Each room can be furnished/ unfurnished or semi furnished.
