Double furnished room in shared flat close to town

We are a young couple in our first home together. We bought the flat over three years ago.
We would like to rent our spare double bedroom.
Our previous flat mate has lived with us for over two years and has now moved up North.
You would share our living room, Kitchen and Bathroom/WC. The flat is on the ground floor in a quiet residential area, close to large Tesco and Baldock town centre. The railway station is also within easy walking distance.
We have fast WiFi throughout the flat. The room is fully furnished and has heating, as seen in pictures, including a double bed, mattress. We can provide a duvet, pillows and sheets, if required. There is space to work and a tv point. The flat has a large private garden and comfortable living room.
