An independent ,( non needy )friendly, mature, positive & self sufficient person who cleans up after themselves, is careful with household keys, security & comes in quietly if late not to disturb others.
A lodger who has regular work hours so we are not disturbed by early risers.

I'm a live in landlord with a very busy professional and family life - I like having independently minded lodgers stay in my home, usually staying from six months to several years. Minimum stay is three months.

You must be in full time employment, a non smoker & definitely must like cats ( we have three).
