Female flatmate wanted

We live in a 2 bedroom masionette in East Barnet village. It is a great area with a big park, has local amenities and good transport links to central London.

We have a spacious double room available which is at the back of the flat and looks onto the garden. The room comes fully furnished with television, broadband and we have sky television in the living room. Rent is inclusive of all bills.

The flat has its own private garden and parking on the road. We live on the 1st floor and have patio door leading onto a little balcony. We have a spacious living/dining room. Our kitchen and bathroom space relatively small but serves its functions.

My partner and I have been living in Barnet for a year now and find it to be a quiet and family oriented area. We are both working professionals and work Monday to Friday.
