A Bedsit So Much More Than A Double Room

I have a beautiful double room to rent in my Edwardian house in New Barnet. The room, which is very big, has a brand new double bed with memory foam mattress, large sofa, tv and broadband. It is quite separate to te rest of the house although you will share the kitchen and bathroom with us. We are a 5 minute walk to New Barnet train station and a 15 minute walk to Cockfosters tube. A bus stops in the road which can take you to Cockfosters if you don't want to walk where there are lovely restaurants. There is a Tesco express at the top of the road and a large Sainsbury's, gym, post office, cafes, cinema etc very close too. You would be living with myself and my two children, two small dogs and a cat.
