Room for rent for female preferred

Hi I have a double room for rent in a two bed flat I don't mind Monday to Friday or 7 days a week the room has new furniture in it and the rest of the flat is currently being decorated all bills are included so no worries there all I ask is you respect the few rules I have so here goes no smoking no alcohol and no pork and absolutly no men are allowed to visit or stay over due to religious reasons apart from then you do as you please I am a very tidy person so I would expect you to be the same we do have private parking and a very big garden at the back of the flat pictures will be put up later as I'm painting message me if interested many thanks
