I have a beautiful ensuite double bedroom available. Modern decor, large single or kingsize bed. (Tenant can decide. Female only, no male applicants please, no couples.)

The room is situated on the ground floor of the house, off the living room, which is extremely quiet. It has a smart TV, Netflix.

I am a busy professional, I live on site but will respect your privacy. Children form part of the household (age 17 & 15,) so references a must although being teenages they spend most of their time in their bedroom on the first floor of the house. DBS check preferred but not essential. We live in a quiet house close to Barnet hospital, the area is extremely safe, only 15 minutes away from High Barnet tube station and The Spires shopping centre. We also live almost directly opposite acres of green space (King George V fields.) There is also a number of good local restaurants with a Everman cinema close by. Excellent transport links. 184 bus takes 5 minutes to High Barnet or less than 5 minutes by car. .

We are a Christian family, so would prefer to share our home with someone of a similar faith or of religious beliefs. No overnight guest allowed sorry but i thank you for your understanding. If you think that you would fit into our household, then we would love to hear from you.
