Spacious En-Suite Double Bedroom in Barnet

We are looking for a responsible flatmate or couple to rent out our top floor, en-suite double bedroom that comes with a fantastic walk-in shower. The house is a beautifully maintained, period building 250m from Monken Hadley Common and 15 minutes walk from both New Barnet and High Barnet stations. Two bus routes stop at the bottom of our road.

Rental includes use of the communal areas downstairs - the kitchen, dining room and garden. We also have a space round the side of the house to store bicycles.

We work from home (mostly) so are around during the day. The house comes with super fast broadband, a little black cat, and there is free parking on the road right by the house.
