Your room has a super comfy bed and is fully furnished. There is a TV aerial socket for your TV and energy bills and super fast full fibre broadband are included in your monthly rent. There is an en-suite bathroom for your private use.

There is a well-equipped communal kitchen/diner with table and chairs plus a lounge with sofas and large flat screen TV. A laundry room contains a large freezer, spare fridge, full-size washer, dryer, iron and ironing board for your use.

All tenants work, there is a cleaner who cleans all communal areas. There is unlimited download broadband, heating, electricity, Council Tax and hot water all included in the rent (reasonable-use clause applies). A simple application process.
