Single room to let, inc all bills & wifi

Lodger wanted for a furnished single room in an all-female family home. Single bed, wardrobe & drawers and desk & chair. Close to M25, M1, A1 and two mainline train stations (40/50 minutes) to Central London.

Access to garden, shared bathroom, shared kitchen with washer, dryer, dishwasher and cooking equipment. Free WiFi. We have dogs and cats so being animal friendly is important.

Our street is quiet, within 5 minutes walk of 2 local parks, walks, rivers and open countryside. There's a corner shop within 200 yards with a Chinese takeaway next door. Within a couple of minutes walk is a Co-op, post office, deli, hairdressers, laundry and several pubs.

Bus stop 50 yds from our door. Bus station in Hertford goes to the majority of local towns as well as London and some Airports.

Hertford East train station is a 15 minutes walk and Hertford North train station is a similar distance. Hertford North is 2 stops from Stevenage train station which has direct routes to the North.

Stansted Airport is 30 minutes drive. Luton Airport is a similar distance. There's also a local Aerodrome.

M25 junction 25, A1 junction 7, M1 junction 10 and M11 junction 3 are all a 20 minute drive away. The A10 to the City and north to Cambridge is just 5 minutes from our house.
