The room has lots of wardrobe space. It comes fully furnished with a high quality new Single Size bed (with a new mattress) and a wooden desk.

Located just off the middle of Berkhamsted High Street, it is five minutes' walk to the local supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes and bars and a genuine ten to the train station (see below for travel details). The A41, M1 and M25 are close by.

Kitchen has; a gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, breakfast bar and a dining table.

It will suit a responsible, considerate, friendly and sociable professional who is tidy, likes a calm, homely, atmosphere and is happy to help with its maintenance. Regarding maintenance, we have a cleaner to come and service the communal areas every fortnight and I can include your room into their scope if you wish.

Rent is inclusive of all bills.

The tenancy is offered on an expected four month initial term, with £295 as a deposit. I can be flexible about length of stay so, if you need a different length of stay, please ask and we can work something out.
