Hi, I am a 39 Year old professional and I am looking for a housemate for my spare room.
My house is a lovely Victorian Terraced house with 3 bedrooms so I have the facility for you to have guests over to stay. The house is at the quiet end of George St so there is always parking and I have a lovely south faced garden.
I am looking for someone that I would get on with and have similar interests with so you would need to have the same view on a 'housemate' as me.
I do have a dog called Max who is lovely and very good a cuddles on the sofa.
The room itself comes with a small double bed, chest of drawers, triple wardrobe and bookshelf.
