Hello all! My current flatmate has decided to move home so I have a double room available. The flat is a ten minute walk away from the centre of Berkhamsted and it is situated right next to the canal. Please note that the room does not come with a bed however it does have a sofa bed. All other rooms are furnished. If a couple wishes to rent the room, rent will be £367 each.
I’m looking for someone relaxed, tidy and will be punctual with payments. I’m a very easy going person and the flat has a nice, chilled out atmosphere.
