Two fully furnished, King Size rooms are now available in a comfortable, recently refurbished and well-maintained, ground-floor apartment in central Berkhamsted.

There are two rooms available:
Both rooms come fully furnished with a high quality King Size bed, bedside table, a large wardrobe and a large wooden desk.
Room 1 has, additionally, two further large wardrobes.
Room 2 has, additionally, a lounge area with a settee.

Located just off the middle of Berkhamsted High Street, it is five minutes' walk to the local supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes and bars and ten to the train station (see below for travel details).

Kitchen has; a gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, breakfast bar and a dining table.

It will suit a responsible, considerate, friendly and sociable professional who is tidy, likes a calm, homely, atmosphere and is happy to help with its maintenance. Regarding maintenance; a cleaner comes to service the communal areas every fortnight and I can include your room into her scope if you wish.

Rent is inclusive of all bills.

Buses from Berkhamsted serve Hemel Hempstead, Tring, Luton, Chesham, Amersham and Watford.
Situated just off the A41, the M1 and M25 are close by.
