In the rest of the flat is another bedroom with exclusive use of the bathroom (with WC, bath and sink. The shared areas are the hallway and large kitchen/living room with a wraparound corner balcony.
The kitchen/living room has wi-fi, a Smart TV, large dining table, washing machine, fridge-freezer, cooker, a sofa and lots of cupboard space.
It's just off the canal which makes for a lovely walk into town/to the station in the morning and is just 8 minutes from Waitrose, 10 minutes from Berkhamsted station and 30 seconds from the late-opening Shell garage on the High Street, very handy! There are lots of restaurants and takeaways nearby as well.
The flat itself is on the first floor of a two-story building and lots of free on-road parking all around the flat. There's also a secure bike shed with a combination lock.
I'm looking for a clean and tidy professional person to replace me (I'm the owner and have been sharing with the current flatmate, but am moving out). The existing flatmate is 24, female and works full-time in nearby Tring. Like her, I'm looking for someone who works away from the flat during the day, is clean and tidy and is respectful of other people's space. Happy to let out for six month minimum and then for a further six months afterwards. All bills such as council tax, TV licence, energy, wi-fi and water are included.
