Beautiful clean three bedroom house 10 minutes walk from Berkhamsted station. Easy access to London. Live in landlord. I have two spare rooms available, one bigger than the other, both furnished and can supply bedding etc. I am a quiet, clean and tidy, home loving lady who has realised that the house is just too big for me on my own! There are two sitting rooms so I would not be in your space. Shared kitchen and bathroom with second toilet downstairs and utility room. Both rooms have a double bed and bedside drawers as well as a large chest of drawers. The bigger room also has a cupboard while the smaller room has use of a cupboard on the landing.
