Newly renovated double room - will furnish

A double room in a professional house. Have just painted it and fitted a new floor so the room is brand new. Will buy a new double bed and mattress (if needed) and new furniture to suit you.

You'll have use of the upstairs private family bathroom that I don't use and a large kitchen. I tend to either be working or walking my very cute small dog Ella, visiting family and friends and enjoying Berkhamsted life. I love films and music and the outdoors and have recently completed a gardening project. I'm a non smoking friendly chap and like meeting new people.

Room would suit a similar professional.
