This is for a house share of a three bedroom terraced house with south facing garden. You will have sole use of the first floor and shared ground floor kitchen and living|dining. House is located a nice quite part of Berkhamsted walking distance to high Street and Station. My House is nicely decorated so looking for someone who is house proud easy going and fun.

I am a friendly easy going person who works full time. I have a west highland terrier who is freindly and no trouble if you get home before me please let into the back garden or take for a walk you may enjoy

If you are just looking for Monday to Friday that is fine and the monthly rent would come down to £625
