Clean, Secure 2nd Floor Next to Station

This is a great opportunity if you are looking in Berkhamsted; it's a clean, modern flat with good furnishings right next to the station. I have decided to rent out one of the rooms because I will be spending some time away (you will have flat to yourself for 6-8 weeks soon). The flat is in a private block of only 6 flats and has some fantastic neighbours - the kind that you don't have to mingle with but are super nice and super helpful if you need anything or want to just have a chat!

There are 2 bathrooms including the en-suite, and both have a shower. I would preferably like to rent out the room that doesn't include the en-suite but I am open to this if it's important to you! There is also a garage plus an additional parking space...and guest spaces available.

I have a large TV, DVD player, loads of DVDs, books and good broadband.

In terms of a flatmate, I am looking for someone who is looking to become relaxed friends...maybe go into London together every now and again or go to one of the nice pubs in Berkhamsted. I have some good friends in the area...they don't come around the flat, but I'd be happy to introduce you into the group if you are not from the area.

In terms of myself, I own and manage a small marketing company and work in London essentially every day. I also tend to go there at the weekends and explore or meet friends. As well as being away fro 6-8 weeks soon, I am not in the flat too often as I am back late from London, and I go away 1 weekend a month at least.
