Hello,
There is a DOUBLE room to rent in a friendly and kind shared house in Berkhamsted, 2-3 mints walk to the cinema and the local shops and supermarkets, a few minutes walk to the train station.
We are looking for someone clean and tidy, who would be happy to take on their part of the shared house responsibilities. Someone between 20-40 would be ideal, unfortunately there is no space for pets.
There is a huge shared living room , bathroom and kitchen are shared too.
There are places nearby available to park.
