Double Room in Townhouse

A quiet, light airy room on the top floor of centrally located Town House in Berkhamsted conveniently close to the High Street, buses, station and local schools. The room is furnished with a single bed, dressing table, chest of drawers, bedside table, fitted wardrobe, TV, etc. and I provide bedlinen and towels if required. I can also put a work table in if needed. The bathroom (with shower) opposite would be sole use unless family or friends are visiting (occasionally). Share the open-plan kitchen/dining facilities, washing machine, etc. Off street parking and broadband. Monthly rent would be reduced if Monday to Friday only.
