The house has fast Internet access (1 Gb).

The conservatory has a sofa but it’s mainly used for drying clothes and exercising.

A private garden with large patio and lawn.

A parking space for your car or motorcycle.

Local shops (chemist, post office, grocery, fast food, dry cleaner, butcher) are 3 mins walk. High street shops 10 mins walk. Train station 8 mins walk. Airport bus stop 1 min.

You need to be in full time employment and not work night shifts. Employment contract/references required.

You need to be a friendly and considerate individual, who does not smoke or vape.
