Small double in great location

I have a small double room available, big enough for the bed to go length or width ways. The bed is a small double and includes a comfy, near-new mattress. There is also a tv in the room.

Im happy to change the furniture and for you to decorate to make it your own.

There is a large bathroom with a bath and separate shower and the water pressure is excellent.

Downstairs, there is plenty of extra space with the open plan living/dining area, kitchen and office space at the back. The garden is a great space to enjoy and includes a sheltered seating area and plenty of room in the shed for your use.

The house in conveniently located within a short walk to the town centre, bus stop and train station meaning a car is not necessary. There is a driveway for one car and a second car can park infront of it.

You will be living with me and my cat. Unfortunately, this does mean I will not accept other pets as he thrives as an only pet.

I work full time and do a lot in my free time so the house will therefore be mostly quiet. I am a socialable girl but home is very much where I come to unwind. Hopefully it goes without saying, I am looking for someone who is respectful and tidy. I don't like the idea of cleaning rotas or anything, you clean because you respect the space not because you've been asked.

It is important to me to find someone I genuinely get along with so we can both enjoy living together. My cat must also approve.
