Ideal for pilots based at Stansted Airport, this delightful 4 bed, 2 bath house in a great location is now available.

The price is all inclusive, with all bills paid. No other costs. We do not charge for extras, or issue "fines", like other houses in the area.

This is a quiet and peaceful house that you will be sharing with other pilots. The landlord is just 10 minutes away from the house, should you need anything.

Quiet road, 10min walk to town centre/train station/Aldi, 5min walk to Tesco Express, 2min walk to bus stop (multiple direct buses to the Airport), 5 min drive to M11 motorway. Parking for 3 cars.

Stunning open plan kitchen/dining/lounge has integrated appliances and quartz stone worktops. Includes a large screen TV, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and water softener. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom, downstairs are 2 bedrooms with shared shower room.

Each bedroom is fully furnished with comfy double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, Smart TV and a chair/desk for when you need to study.

The room and shared areas are cleaned weekly, bedding and towels are changed.

Note: It is expected the rooms are for single occupancy, occasional visitors are fine with notice and agreement of fellow housemates.

Secure access to the bedroom, with full access to the shared bathroom and the open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area which has a large screen TV. Strong Wi-Fi access throughout the house (Virgin Media).
