The communal areas of the house are cleaned weekly to ensure they are maintained to a high standard.

Perfect for evening walks, the house is also adjacent to Castle Gardens which boasts some beautiful walks along the River Stort. There is a small shopping strip opposite with an array of shops and restaurants as well as a very useful Post Office.
