I have a double room (single occupancy) which is available immediately in a spacious 5-bedroom property with excellent bus connections to Stansted airport (transfer time less than 15 minutes).

The property is in a quiet residential area about a 15 minute walk into Bishops Stortford town centre and there is a nice parade of shops only 5 minutes away (supermarket, take away, bakery, off license, doctor, etc).

The room is on the ground floor and overlooks a quiet garden.

Rent includes all bills, WiFi and cleaner.

IMPORTANT: the house is licensed with the council and complies with all current regulations such as fire detection system, emergency lighting, etc. If you are renting in a house-share with 5 or more persons then you should check that your landlord is also licenced to run a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) as this is required by law.

I am also a member of the National Landlords Association and have been letting rooms for almost 20 years.
