The room is available from end of April. Letting period from one week up to six months. Part-week considered. One week's deposit and one week's notice required.

This is a double room (4. 1 x 3. 3m/13'5 x 10'10ft) and has a king sized bed (see photo), two side tables, a tall chest of drawers, fitted double wardrobe and adjacent bathroom with roll-top bath and hand shower, WC and basin for your sole use. The house is on a quiet road near the lake in St. Michael's Mead. It is a 10 min driving distance from the M11 and main line railway station and 15 mins drive to Stansted Airport. There is limited public transport by bus close by so you would need your own car. Off road private driveway parking.

I am a female aged 48 living with my three well behaved children; 2 boys and a girl aged 14-17.

Utility bills, fibre broadband and cleaning, sheets and towels are included. A female is preferred - no couples or pets
