The house consists of 3 Double Rooms with Linen and Towels supplied. All rooms with Wardrobes, bedside tables and TV's. The larger double aspect side bedroom is a loft style room and suitable for a desk to work from. The front Double Bedroom has a king size bed.

The comfortable lounge leads into the Dinning room and also out to a west facing garden for all to share and socialise.

The Kitchen has Bar Stools, TV a good range of equipment and a Dishwasher to clean it all. You just press the button. The Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer and Ironing Board are in the attached Garage/Utility area. You will have your own cupboard for food and a shelf in the Fridge and Freezer. There is an extra Fridge in the Garage for overflow and cold drinks etc.

Pumped Shower over bath in modern Bathroom to be shared and cleaned, yes cleaned weekly, by those who use it. There is also a separate cloakroom on the ground floor.

The Garden can be used for BBQ's and relaxing.

Parking for two/three cars as well as casual parking in the Cul De Sac.

A two minute walk to the 308/309 Bus Stop at end of the road and a further 10 minute walk to the 510/509 Bus Stop for Harlow as well as the airport. The Buses route into the Town Centre/Train Station/Stansted Airport. Trains to London Liverpool Street, Cambridge and Stansted Airport. You can also get other Buses that run to Hertford and other places from the Town Centre.

Thorley Centre with a Sainsbury's, Pharmacist, Newsagents, Doctors, Barbers, Takeaway/s and other stores including two Pubs serving food at a 10 minute walk or a quick drive.
