The modern kitchen has an American style fridge/ freezer, 2 microwaves, cooker, toaster. Laundry facilities include washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 irons & ironing boards!
We have a cleaner that comes in each week to look after the communal areas.
The rent for the rooms includes all utility bills and council tax. We have 250 mb broadband throughout.
There is a neat outside area (there is a gardener to maintain) with garden furniture and a raised decked area. There is a shed for bikes.
The house is semi-detached in a nice part of Bishop’s Stortford. It’s on the Stansted Airport side, about a mile from the town centre. Aldi is about a mile away but there is a garage just round the corner, that like most garages, stocks all the daily basics. There is lots of on street parking.
There are bus stops at the end of the road, the station is one mile away and junction 8 of the M11 is also about a mile away.
Whilst this is a non-smoking house we are happy to accommodate housemates that smoke and are happy to respect the fact that smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.
The room is likely to suit someone in full-time employment who requires easy access to either the town, the M11 or Stansted.
