We have a strict age range of between 30- 60

Current house mates are all professionals
This really is a house share with all the rooms available to be lived in.

we are looking for a professional person, that does not take life to seriously.. The house has a great vibe about it, and excellent amenities with places to relax and chill out, including a lovely garden
Have a lovely wood burner installed...

The house is a short walk into town, taking approx ten minutes to the bus and train station with excellent commuter links to London or Cambridge and an easy stumble back after a great night out ...

Wireless fast Broadband and virgin TV is available with a large flat screened TV in the lounge.
There is a large kitchen, well stocked, with all needed utensils, at the back of the house ..

Although no en suites there is a shower room and a bath. room

washing machine and dryer with all washing powder and sorfteners supplied

It's fair too say that if you want your own space then once you are in your room you will not be disturbed but we all interact well and share the occasional meal together.

Parking in the street is available and safe..

House must be viewed to be appreciated.. and would be a chance to see if you would fit in with the other housemates...

Please note We also have a dog well behaved and cute
