ALDI super market situated about 5 minutes’ walk.

There is a bus stop right in front of the house. Few buses go to the airport on regular basis.

5 to 10 minutes’ walk to Town Centre and the Train station. Very close to Stansted Airport.

All rooms are fully/partly furnished & closely situated to the Town Centre, main line train station & the bus station.

All rent & holding deposits have to be paid in advance on the day of moving in, in cleared funds.

Employment references will be taken. before any viewings.

We may request the following;

a) What do you do & where do you work?

b) Your annual salary without overtime?

c) Your last 2 months' payslips?

We may require your last 2 months' bank statements.

We may also do a credit check, but it will not leave any footprints in your file.

We will take references for Couples or individuals before any viewings can take place.

Each person must be earning at least 35k per month before tax.

An iron & an ironing board are also provided.

The kitchen is fully furnished.

A Private car Parking facilities provided.
The car Park is for rent paying tenants only

We take a refundable Deposit & refundable when you vacate the rooms only.

Deposits are refunded when you vacate the room but non-refundable if you pay the deposit but do not take up the room for the dates booked or cancel the booking for whatever reasons.

The rent for the month & the holding deposit should be paid on the day of your arrival in cleared funds or Bank transfers to hit our account immediately!

There may be a small amount of deposit taken for cleaning charges for the property.

Use of Private Garden.

You are welcome to view the Rooms any time before 9 am or after 6.00 pm Monday to Saturday.
Sunday's anytime 8.30 am to 8 pm.

Our check in times are before 9 am or after 5.45 pm, Mon to Sat & Sunday anytime from 8.30 am but before 8.30 pm.

Bus No 508 runs to the Airport on a regular basis from the bus stop right in front of the house.

Viewings are by appointments only.

We are 7 to 10 minutes to Stansted Airport by Car or by public transport.

Couples must have a combined income of 60k pa
(each 30K pa)

Single occupancy must have an income of 35k pa minimum.
