Two bedroom semi detached homely cottage in the heart of Bishops Stortford.

I've got one small double/single room for rent.

There house has a brand new gas central heating system, and will have a nice spec bathroom installed with underfloor heating.

There also should be new appliances in the kitchen ready for use, including a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and a new fridge freezer.

The house comes with fast Wi-Fi, sky-tv, telephone, included in the bills (inclusive).

The whole house is being refurbished to a high standard and should be ready for April 2022.

Two minutes from Bishops Stortford train station and 1 minute walk from the centre of town and opposite the park main park. Perfect for exercise and nights out with your home in close vicinity.

You can park outside the house from 1830-0830 (Sunday all day).

There are de-restricted roads 5 metres away, so you can park there.
