There is a good shared space with a modern open plan living / dining room and large kitchen with plenty of fridge / freezer / cupboard space and washing machine. There are TV and ethernet points in every room (inc the lounge) and full wifi coverage with Zen broadband. There is a large loft space for storage, a decked balcony and a courtyard garden with table and chairs which are lovely in the summer months!

The other housemates are friendly, quiet (but sociable) professionals and are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful. Being good at washing up is extremely important!

Rent includes council tax and ALL bills. Rent is collected in advance every month by direct debit.
