Front large room, a real double, kingsize bed and loads of clothes space, in substantial ground floor front flat with all the usual facilities shared. Comfortable, easy going occupant, traditionally furnished, clean and well-maintained.
Smoking outside is not discouraged in large front garden. Six months lets preferred. Sorry, not suitable for children. Station just down the road. Parking on private road but no commercial vehicles. There is also a single room which is not for let until the double room is let.
