We have a large, top-floor double room (see pics) and a large, bottom floor single room (sorry, no pics) available to rent. Both rooms are fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, bedside lamp and mirror. They also have plenty of storage with a wardrobes, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, shelving units and under-bed storage.

The house itself is a spacious, 4 bedroom, 3 storey townhouse close to Bishop's Stortford train station (7 mins walk), the town centre (10 mins walk) and Stansted Airport (5 mins drive). There are 2 clean bathrooms with good showers / baths in both and you'll share a yours with just 1 other housemate.

There's a large shared living area on the middle floor, comprising a modern open plan kitchen and living / dining room. The living area contains a TV, sofas, dining table and chairs. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and you'll share a large fridge with just one other housemate. A shared freezer and washing machine are also provided.

There's a middle-floor balcony and a rear courtyard garden, both of which have table and chairs for enjoying the summer months! There's also a large loft space and garden shed for storage.

The current housemates are friendly, quiet (but sociable) professionals and are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful. You must be able to wash dishes properly and help keep the communal areas nice and clean! You must also be employed and a non-smoker.

Rent includes council tax and ALL bills.

Rent is collected in advance every month. Any offer made will be subject to credit, reference and right-to-rent checks.
