**Your Room**

All are clean, modern double rooms with basins or en-suites, equipped with everything you need to move straight in, with comfy double beds and storage for easy living. All rooms have wi-fi and a TV socket point so you can always be connected.

**The House**

The house is recently refurbished with a large communal kitchen/lounge. The fully furnished kitchen has a stylish design with modern appliances and plenty of space to cook together. The lounge space is a great place at the end of the day to relax and watch movies together. All bathrooms benefit from a high performance shower and are finished to a high standard. There is also a large outdoor space with secure bike storage, and finally there is also a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.

**Location**

The house is located on a quiet street, a 5 min bus ride or 15-20 min walk to Elstree & Borehamwood station. From the station you can take the Thameslink to central London in 15 mins.

There is a corner shop on the end of the street and a large Tesco a 10 min walk away. The high street, gyms, cinema, the usual chains and stores are all within a 5 min bus/drive or 15-20 min walk.
