Large double room available in Borehamwood mid Nov

We have a newly decorated large double room available from middle of November in a friendly houseshare in Borehamwood!

Excellent road links to the North, M1, A1, A5, A406, A41 and the M25

It takes about 18 minutes to walk to the main Shenley Road and shopping area, and probably 20-25 minutes to get to Elstree and Borehamwood station, but there are local buses from the bottom of the road that go around town plus the 292, 107, 10, 602, 605, 614 and 615 to places such as Colindale, Edgware, Barnet, Hatfield, St Albans, Radlett and Watford.

A high speed train runs every 15 minutes into central London (Kings Cross) and the journey takes around 20 minutes.

The bedroom is fully furnished double with fitted wardrobe, dresser, kingsize bed etc, and suits a single female (specifically female preferred). The bedroom is situated at the front of the house, is very quiet and has an excellent view from the bedroom window.

You would share the kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden with mixed nationalities housemates - all are working professionals and are very nice!

Cost for the double room for a single person is £144 per week = £624 per calendar month, including all utility bills.

We would require one month security deposit and rent is payable monthly in advance. Two month notice is required should you wish to move on.
