I currently live alone and am looking for an easy going housemate to live with.

My house has been newly renovated and currently has:
- kitchen & all utensils needed
- Shared lounge - comfortable but simplistic furnishing
- new garden - cute size and perfect for bbqs!
- new bathroom
- 2 double bedrooms. Spare room - newly painted, double bed, inbuilt cupboard, drawers and mirror

Location:
- easily accessible and quiet dead end road so no outside traffic noises
- parking - 1 allocated space to the house and plenty of other non-allocated spaces outside the house
- a few minutes walk to the nearest bus stop which takes you straight to Elstree & Borehamwood station is no more than 10 minutes or if you'd prefer a 15/20 minute walk to the station
- Other routes by bus: colindale and edgware
