You will be sharing with my friend who is an early 30s male, super easy going, clean and tidy and up for a laugh! Looking for someone around their 20s or 30s who is of a similar nature.
The bedroom currently doesn’t have a bed in but can provide if you do not have one.
THE LOCATION: The Flat is a 10 minute walk from Elstree & Borehamwood Station (Thameslink)
• 3 minute train to Mill Hill
• 13 minute train to West Hampstead
• 17 minute train to Kentish Town
• 22 minute train to London St Pancras
• 28 minute train to Farringdon.
Within a 5 minute walk of the flat there is a Tesco Extra, 2 Gyms, Cinema, Tennis Courts, Park and lots of Shops and Restaurants.
THE FLAT - Beautifully furnished, modern and clean. I have all the pots, pans, crockery so it’s ideal for someone that doesn’t own these already but I am also happy for someone to bring their own stuff.
THE BEDROOM - Double room with wardrobes, floor to ceiling window
