I'm looking for a professional individual who prioritises cleanliness, tidiness, and respects noise levels, and those who predominantly work outside the home with a regular 9-5 job.

The top floor comprises of a kitchen, bedroom, living room, and the bathroom is shared (will be a new bathroom before you move in)

There is an elderly gentleman (97) who lives in downstairs. He likes to have a chat and is open to company and also happy to be on his own. He uses the bathroom during the day and from 5pm he does not go upstairs.

The space is simply decorated, clean, tidy, and fully furnished with fast Wi-Fi. A parking space is available on the drive and free parking on the road outside. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with green spaces nearby, it offers a peaceful living environment.

Conveniently located, it's a 10-minute walk to Elstree and Borehamwood station, and approximately 20-25 minutes from St. Pancras Kings Cross. Access to major roads like the M1, M25, A41, and A5 is convenient.

Additionally, there's a local gym within a 10-minute walk and various amenities nearby.

References are required from current landlord.
