The landlord has been absolutely amazing! Very approachable, considerate and responsive. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly with a close community feel. Local shops are within a 5-min walk, and a superstore within a 5-min drive. As a lone female, I have always felt safe living here and able to ask neighbours for help when necessary. I have been very happy in this property and feel sorry to leave; it is small but functional, the front garden is manageable (even for a non-gardener!) and my vehicle can be parked right next to the house in the bays.
