The room has a double bed, wardrobe, book shelf and desk. There is also a digital TV points which gives you access to over 30 channels,

The house has a shared lounge/dinning area with a flat screen TV. Three available bathrooms and a well maintained garden.

You would share the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and garden with mixed nationality housemates - all are working professionals and are very nice!


Morrison's Supermarket is only a 5 minute walk away from the house , and has a nice Coffee Shop too. There are also other local fast food places nearby.

The house itself is located in WD6 on a quiet street where there is very little passing traffic.

There are local bus stops 3 to 5 minutes from the house. The local buses go to places such as Colindale, Edgware, Barnet, Hatfield, St Albans, Radlett and Watford.

There are excellent road links to the North, M1, A1, A5, A406, A41 and the M25.

A high speed train runs every 15 minutes into central London (Kings Cross) and the journey takes around 20 minutes.

We would require one month security deposit and rent is payable monthly in advance. Two months notice is required should you wish to move on.
