The flat is very clean and tidy also with shared living room. Also has allocated parking available and very good transport links as close to M25, A roads and close to the train station.

What’s shared? You are welcome to use the washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, cooker, fridge freezer, oven, kettle, toaster, clutery, crockery, pots and pans, utensils, glasses and mugs, clothes airer, hoover and iron.

The bedroom comes with a TV, x2 ikea Malm drawers which are in very good condition and only 6 months old and a new small double bed and mattress and clothes rack.

About me… I work Monday to Friday and keep myself to myself, I love to cook and if you want, I make a very good curry and love to cook for myself and others, I’m very tidy and laid back as long as when you are around you are clean and tidy also, putting things back how you find them and clean after yourself as well as me doing also.
