Our bright shared house with live out landlord is just what you have been looking for. If you are interested and would like to apply for the room, please give some information about yourself when responding, so as to ensure that you would be a good fit for the current housemates who have been living here for over a year. The preferred tenant will be someone wo doesn't work from home on a full-time basis.

The room is fitted out with comfy double bed, work desk and plenty of storage. Housemates can also enjoy super-fast broadband provided free along with Netflix which is available in the communal kitchen/diner.

**Your room**
Spacious room with computer desk, wardrobe, bedside locker and comfy new mattress. As this is a shared living space rooms are single occupancy only.

**The House**
The central area of the house is the fully furnished kitchen and diner providing plenty of space to cook and dine. There are three shower rooms (one on each floor) with high performance showers shared between 4 bedrooms and one ensuite bedroom. A cleaner takes care of all communal areas. There is also a relaxing private patio area with secure bike storage.

**Location**
The house is located on a quiet street close to Morrisons supermarket and is within walking/cycling distance of the high street with its array of restaurants, shops, gyms, cinema and more.
Elstree & Borehamwood station, where you can catch the Thameslink to London, is also a 15-20 min walk away. Easy access to M25 and M
