Family home share

We are delighted to welcome a right person to our family home, where we are offering a medium double room with double bed ,a Table with chair and wardrobe ( needs to be fitted).
We are looking for a professional where they can feel completely safe and homely
The room is on first floor with a shared toilet/ bath, which only one more person uses currently. During University holidays our son occupies another room otherwise the 3rd room is empty.
We have a large living room and we are happy to share it with the lodger.
All bills inclusive with the rent.
No pets & smoking including vapes/e-cigarettes allowed.
A bit about ourselves:
We are a family of 4, Both of us works working in NHS and our daughter in private sector. Son in Uni, comes and goes. We are non Vegetarians and interested in any varieties of food. We are originally from India, so speaks multiple Indian languages.
We have a pet dog (Golden Retriver) very friendly, so we only welcome those who loves dogs. Just to warn you she can be so attached to you and very difficult to ignore her loving nature.
If you are a person who needs your privacy where no one bothers you and keep the house rule the room is yours. Pls be in touch. I can only accept working professionals.
