We are a friendly family of three. Mum, Daughter (16) and Son (12). We’re an active and sociable household and also have a very sweet, friendly little dog called Bobby.

I run my own business and work from home.

We live in a lovely home with off-street parking, a large open-plan kitchen, and comfortable lounges. The house is around a 25-minute walk to Elstree & Borehamwood station and approximately 10 minutes from the new Sky Studios.

The room:

Single bedroom

Private family bathroom, mainly for your use (children and I have their own bathroom / ensuite)

Internet and all bills included

Rent:

£800 per month

All bills & internet included

Food not included

Who we’re looking for:

Preferably a female tenant who is friendly, respectful, and comfortable living in a family home. Someone happy to enjoy their own space but also up for a chat now and then 😊

Our previous lodger was with us for 2.5 years and are very used to sharing our home and making people feel welcome.
