Lovely, homely flat in a quiet residential area. 2 bedroom flat, with large open space living area. All bills included and parking also included.

Really good transport links into the city. Taking 20 minutes from the station. Very close to Elstree Studios and easy to get on the surrounding main roads.

The room has a small double bed with plenty of under bed storage and a double wardrobe.

The flat has a really homely feel and it would be nice to be sharing with someone looking for a home, rather than just a room to rent.

I’m very sociable but also like my own space and am respectful of others. I have a pretty active social life, and work can be quite intense so will be looking for the flat to remain a chilled place to come back to.

I’m also open to short term let’s for an increased price of £850 per month.
